International Medieval Jousting Tournament

Arundel Castle is proud to be the venue for the International Medieval Jousting Tournament.
Over six days, eight international jousters will fight to be crowned Champion of Champions having been a past individual winner at Arundel or the top scorer for their country.
The knights’ horses will thunder down the tilt rail and lances will shatter on opponents’ shields.
It’s not all horses and the excitement of the joust, the arena will also host falconry, a fire eater and the infamous ‘Kids Battle’.
In the grounds there will be medieval musicians including Myal and Peg to entertain you and have a go activities include archery, warrior training and axe throwing.
There will also be demonstrations in the Medieval encampment; such as forging, cooking, leather work and period crafts.
Our Knights’ Table will be serving a spectacular feast together with a Festival bar.
Jousting Event tickets include the castle, grounds & gardens and full access to the event.
Please note: some activities are for over 8’s and over 12’s only and height restrictions may apply.
