That JORVIK Viking Thing returns in 2022, running from 19 – 27 February 2022 as the world’s largest online Viking festival.

In Viking times, a ‘Thing’ was a gathering; a place where leaders and warriors could meet and talk.  In the 21st century, the term ‘Thing’ is used around the world when Viking academics come together to share knowledge.

That JORVIK Viking Thing will do this and so much more, with content to appeal to Viking enthusiasts and Norse novices of all ages.

More info will be revealed regarding the 2022 Jorvik Viking Festival that will be held from Saturday 28 May until Wednesday 1 June 2022.
