Featuring Scottish storyteller and author, Daniel Allison and our creative conversation has a medieval flavour as we bring together poet and author, Kate Innes and historian of British & European art & fashion, Natalie Bramwell Booth
Kate is a fabulous Wenlock writer, with a wealth of poetry and a recent medieval trilogy, The Arrowsmith Trilogy.
Natalie Natalie Bramwell-Booth specialises in British and European art and fashion, c. 1590 – 1720 CE
with an MA dissertation title: ‘Speaking Stitches, Laughing Flowers: An Emblematic Reinterpretation of the ‘Rainbow’ Portrait of Elizabeth I’. She also has experience making historical costume for heritage sites, and uses the reconstruction of historical textiles as a form of experimental archeology in her research.
